Requirement

Main Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Develop content and managing Meete’s social medias like: Fanpage, Instagram,…
• Identify new trends in digital marketing and technologies
• Follow progress and performance of marketing campaign
• Managing day-to-day operations including task execution, creative briefing, liaise with merchant and internal team on the project matters
• Participate in planning content marketing campaigns for brand promotion & PR for Meete
• Build and implement Digital marketing activities: Facebook ads, SEO, Google adwords, Google display
• Combine with digital team to push traffic to the brand, deal, event,…
• Optimized the steps from the landing page to ad templates to increase the amount of people interacting become customers on the website. Work directly with Product Team to optimize landing pages
• Statistics and data analysis to optimize advertising campaigns. Reviewing assessment and changes to suit the requirements of each ad campaign
• Measure the effectiveness through advertising campaigns. Report detailed results each campaign

Partnership

• Expand and maintain healthy relationship with KOLs, popular fanpages,…
• Conduct market research and identify new partners with untapped opportunities
• Support the team with performance tracking and reporting ongoings partnerships
• Management of partners to ensure maximum brand visibility for Meete
• Reward:
• Search for the pretty gifts to give Meete’s user
• The layout present on the app/web to increase identification
• Work with Marketing Dept, Partners to cross marketing

Offline Event

• Response fast to create and execute effective campaigns with other teams
• Deploy the right direction, plan and propose new ideas for offline campaigns to increase sales, merchant for Meete
• Organize offline event to promote for Meete and support for sales to partners
• Tracking campaigns, event result, solving problem, recommendation for the next events,…
• Media planning for partners and monitoring implementation

Campaign Planner

• Planning media package according to partners, merchant requirement
• Work with partners, merchants to understanding the needs of them to create an effective media plan
• Manage and supervise the implementation of the plan and adjust campaigns to ensure communication plan to achieve the best performance
• Ability to self-initiative in proposing or developing packet communications support teams Partnership
• Continuously updated knowledge, new trend for applications in building marketing communications plan to customers

Product Marketing

• Use the available features of the app to support marketing campaigns, improve available tools, create new features based on demand of marketing operation
• Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns to bring optimum solution based on data analysis
• Tracking, optimization of the campaigns effectively
