- Verbal and written communication in English
- MS Office
- Careful and Detail-oriented
- Administrative knowledge is required
- Job experience in the field preferred
- Chinese-American Company and therefore speaking Chinese is a plus
- Receive and distribute all incoming phone-calls/faxes/letters/documents
- Maintain and manage staff meeting and appointments diary
- Attend meetings, record and distribute minutes of meeting, mostly in English
- Assist in preparation Monthly Progress Report.
- Maintain existing office paper filing system
- Take responsibility for minor office purchases and expenses, office supplies etc
