Main Responsibilities

Work as a Business Development Executive, you are required to expand Meete’s merchant network, fast, following steps:

Identify potential merchants: we focus on different group of merchants at different periods. We have worked with big companies like KFC, Lotteria, Highlands, The Coffee House, Cong Cafe, Tocotoco,….
Approach/Engage: emails, phone calls, meetings to understand partner’s’ needs
Proposal: It’s how to tell our story (solution) that makes them interested. Then go for the close!
Following: maintain fruitful relationship with existing customers

Rotation: Rotating among different positions to experience business
Project manager: Planning and leading the whole team in strategic campaigns.
Regional Team Lead: Lead a team in a well-designed Apprentice Program
Work: The flights is ready to take you to Ha Noi and rock with Meete’s cool team.
Build your own team & expansion: after you’ve mastered the product and the art of negotiation, you get to pick and train your own team members and expand to other cities or categories or move on to other roles in the companies.

Benefit

Salary: basic salary depending on experience. It’s just like the company growth. It increases fast: 4.5M – 8M VND (fulltime), 2.5M VND (part-time)
Incentive: ranging from 1.0M – 20.0M+VND/month, based on individual & company performance. As the company does well, everyone gets a raise.
Bonding activities: book review sharing weekly & team bonding monthly
