Continuously work on improvement of existing Credit Card processes and establish new ones as the portfolio of clients and products growing
Propose solutions and follow up to deliver the fix of issues, confirm by analyzing on portfolio growth & customers’ feedback
Independently work on complex analysis & project involving cross-company cooperation, initiate new approaches to improve processes/ sales/customer experience
Present work results in a proper business format (oral and writing) with confidence in front of the group & high level management
Credit Card products & 3rd party cooperation
Assist Head of Credit Card Portfolio & Loyalty on design and roll-out of Credit Card product and deliver sales & portfolio volume.
Result delivery & control
Implement process and measurement for product and client portfolios.
Monitor regular & team tasks performance
Training people and invests considerable time into training and development with the support of Head of Credit Card Portfolio & Loyalty
What we can offer you
University degree, advanced in Excel
Possess necessary technical skills relevant for credit card management
Minimum 4 years solid experience with reporting plus understand business data and derive value from it for business decision making
Able to summarize and present learning from the business to various stakeholders and recommend course of action
Able to negotiate & persuade different parties to approach the same business goal with highest priority possible
Can communicate effectively with both team members, peers and superiors
